Matthew Homes specialise in building new homes. We are based in Potters Bar Hertfordshire and build new homes throughout the South East of England. We are a very successful new build company and have been building new properties for over two decades but our knowledge of building goes back a lot further than that around fifty years to be exact, we offer a wide range of styles of homes which can all be designed to meet requirements from our clients.
Building new homes is no easy task and you require a company that knows the ins and outs of the building trade and with Matthew Homes this is what you get. As well as properties in Hertfordshire where we are based we also operate from Northampton and cambridgeshire in the North, Dorset in the western parts of England and as far as Essex in Eastern England also the whole of London is covered as well.
You will be extremely impressed with the new homes that we are building as they have a certain class and quality that would be hard to find in properties of the same price. If you are a first time buyer and are just looking for a step onto the property ladder then we have some excellent studio apartments and we have properties all the way through to six bed large houses that would be suited to a family.

Firstly we would like to introduce you to one of the new build homes that we currently offer, this is Chelmer Row in Chelmsford. It is located in Chelmer a quiet village close to Chelmsford. The properties come with radiators powered by gas fired central heating, all of the ceilings are painted smooth there is coving into the living area the internal doors are all colonial and there is a fitted kitchen that comes with hob, oven, hood. depending on the stage of construction you can have a choice of tiling in your bathroom and kitchen. These properties are made by people with great experience in building new homes and this is shown throughout the sites we work on so why not come and visit us and take a look at one of our show homes and see what your new home could be like.
